Fascia and Related Components

Fascia is the name for the horizontal trim board that runs across the ends of the rafters. The Fascia is attached below the roof line and connects to the soffit.

The gutters of a house are attached to the fascia, and fascias are usually painted to match, or compliment, the exterior color of the house.
