French roofing company buys ground for new factory

French roofing company breaks ground in gulfport
GULFPORT – French roofing and materials manufacturer Soprema broke ground on a new plant in Bayou Bernard Industrial Park on Thursday.
The company bought 23 acres from Harrison County to build a 56,000-square-foot factory. The Harrison County Board of Supervisors agreed to sell the property in March for $575,000.
